mr. tom selleck, harlan loves birthdays & nyc

Here is another drawing Matt did as a kid. Thought I would share...

when the magnum was at the height of coolness

In other way more important news: Look who turned the BIG 2!

happy birthday harlan!!! (this photo cracks me up)

Becce sent Harlan's birthday photos and I thought I would share. WHEN - can I ask - did he turn into a little boy? Enjoy.

These are from Harlan's PDO birthday party. Becce said he was all about the crown and loved it when everyone sang to him. He's a ham.

going in for seconds it looks like

his outfit is complete with a cape

Matt and I went to the Big Apple last week for some fun. The Gilmores were there for a convention but we were able to hang out with them some. I didn't take many photos but I have a few as proof we were there. We went ALL over the island (Harlem, Uptown, Downtown, Soho, Chinatown, Battery Park, Greenwich Village and etc.) and had a great time. We were not used to walking that much, we're soft!

We went to Babbo the first night there and had one of the best meals. Ever. Chris and I were outside waiting for Matt and Shon to get their coats and as they walked out Mario Batali himself walked up and held the door for them. It was awesome. He was wearing his orange clogs (go Vols!). Matt and I didn't see any other celebrities (except for Ronny and Lianne), but the Gilmores saw Julia Roberts. Not bad.

you can't stay in times square too long, it's a tourist mecca and nutz

Matt and I spent a few hours at MOMA, I really enjoyed myself. Contemporary art is a funny thing, the weirder the better I say. This first photo is one piece I found ridiculous.

really? seriously?

we saw this and thought of kevin, consider this a warning

this was a photograph that i thought was cool

And just so you know, you can take photos of anything in the museum. When we first arrived I saw people doing it and was thinking that they were really gonna get it. But after I saw every single person doing it in front of security I figured it was ok.

Anywho, that's all I have for now. Lottie Sue is getting her hair did tomorrow so I'll have some before & afters to share. Her hair looks like this...

not kidding, it does

Buh BYE!
