3.2 Seconds & Matt's Bona Fide

Hello all! It's been busy the past few days so I'll have more to put up later. Matt celebrated his 34th birthday last Friday, we went out to eat with Mom and Dad. It was fun! Lottie Sue STILL has a cold and isn't sleeping again so we're going to the doctor this afternoon. She's still super cute though. Here's proof...

See?

We celebrated Christmas with our family from South Carolina this past Saturday. Little Ray, Linda, Melinda, Kurt, Claire, Jane, Susan, Michael, Russell and Campbell drove over for the day. Whitney also graduated from UT that day - so CONGRATS! Saturday night we went over to Pat and Kathy's new lovely home and enjoyed good food and watching the kids open presents. I am naming this entry 3.2 seconds because that is how long it took them to open the presents. After Campbell opened her last present she told Susan (mom) that need more. It really cracked me up.

This picture is blurry but you can see how Campbell and Claire REALLY liked being around Lottie Sue (being held by Linda) - and come to think of it, Lottie Sue was just fine in the limelight

Here we are - I love this kid so much

Here is a shot of the entire gang - much thanks to Whitney for getting all of us in the room for the photo

What a handsome bunch

Jane must have been good this year, she got an ipod

Russell is a BIG UT fan, note that both of his parents are Clemson grads (when he opened this there was an applause from us UT folk)

Here is Claire with her baby doll, "Lottie Sue" and Campbell with her baby doll, "Lottie Sue Butterfly" (the first name given was Ipod, then Butterfly Sue before settling on Lottie Sue Butterfly)

Jane and her 'real' parrot, this thing is smarter than I am

Earlier that day Matt took photographs at the Nativity Pageant rehearsal. Megan is PRESIDENT of the pageant this year and has done a fab job. I volunteered last night and was in charge of finishing makeup. I have photos and will post later along with some of the photos Matt took. Tonight is the last night so go if you can: http://www.knoxvillenativity.com/

Matt (posing here with Megan) was the official photographer (a paying job) for the Nativity Pageant this year - his going rate is $1

And the tree that Megan helped create (for the Nativity Pageant) for the Fantasy of Trees was one of the first ones to go. Here is a shot, I meant to put this up a while ago.

That is Megan's arm, but check out the gorgeous tree!

OK, over and out for now. It's playtime...
