Could Our Tree BE Any Smaller?

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Now let the Christmas season begin! I am very excited since it's Lottie Sue's first Christmas and please let her be one of the first to wish you Merry Christmas...(and bear with us, Matt took a gazillion photos). I found this outfit today at Target and didn't turn back. Lottie sue looks so crazy cute in it, we can hardly stand it.

She's obsessed with her tongue

Uh yeah, we know - too cute

Sara was behind Matt dancing, Lottie sue loves it when you dance

What a cute elf

A curious look

Lottie a la Mr. T, she pities the fool...

Beads are fun, these went up on the tree after she went to bed

More bead fun

And some more

Alright, back to the entry. It was pretty busy the past few days and here is what we were up to...

First of all, Gramma had a birthday on Thanksgiving but we celebrated on Tuesday. We had a combo Birthday/Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed muffalatas and pie. It was a very nice time, Gramma got a few musicals she wanted and a digital photo frame that had a ton of photos on it. Here are a few pictures...

The next morning I gave Lottie Sue her first taste of peas. She hated them and gagged with every bite (seriously).

Peas are for the birds

This was also the first time in the high chair, she's growing TOO fast - ACK!

Then of course we had turkey day, we went to visit Grandma and then over to Johnny and Judy's for lunch. Here are a few photos at Grandma's house. She put her tree up three weeks ago, she's serious.

Three generations here

And here are photos of the Thanksgiving lunch over at Johnny and Judy's...the gang consisted of Daddy, Brenda, Keith, Aunt Shirley, Uncle Stan, GranRay, GranBunny, Sara, Matt, Lottie Sue, Johnny, Judy, Benton and me. We chowed down like it was our job.

Enough food to feed an army

This is the view from their home, it's beautiful

Here I am outside taking in the fresh air

And here I am again

And then again with Sara

This tree sits on their property, one of many gorgeous ones

Last night the Smiths and Gilmores came over to watch the game with us and Sara. We had a GREAT time after the game was over, four overtimes can really take it out of you. But good news, we won! Becce and Mike went to the game in Kentucky, they had a big tailgate and had a good time. The only photo I have of yesterday is me with my yummy cupcakes...they did taste as good as they looked if you were curious.

Yum yum yum in my tum

Then today we picked out or tree then had a tree-trimming party with Sara. The tree is cute but it is so SMALL. I mean it's tiny. It looked bigger when we picked it out but now it's funny to us.

Matt and Lottie Sue agree on a tree

Random photo of me making faces at Lottie Sue, I do this all day long

Check out those baby blues

Matt tying the tree on the car (notice the happy baby in the car)

Here we are decorating the tree (see how short it is??? - it's really funny)

Matt putting the star on top, it's finished!

And here's a shot of the house tonight, it's hard to see but you get the idea

And here are some random photos...

OK, I hope everyone is doing well. I'll post more this week. Over and out!
