lottie's babies, grandaddy has a birthday & the apples and carsons meet rowdy

Lottie Sue is VERY helpful when it comes to Rowdy, she has been just great with him. If we are doing something with Rowdy she often has one of her babies and will do the same. See evidence below...

matt is feeding rowdy, so lottie sue is feeding her baby doll as well

baby doll is napping as well*

Daddy/GranDaddy celebrated a birthday on Friday and we went up the lake for dinner. It was our first outing as a family of four (besides going to the doctor's office for Rowdy's first visit). We had a very nice time and it went well. And let me tell you that Lottie Sue fell the other day on concrete and has a busted up nose...she's still super cute though.

harlan was also way excited about cake

Then on Saturday the Apples visited with us for a while, the Carsons were in town for the game and they came over as well. Becce and Mike had to leave to head back to Louisville but Matt and the Carsons headed over to the football game. It was my first time alone with both kiddies and it went very well - no problems! But anywho, I didn't get one photo of the Carsons - ugh!!!

Lottie Sue and Harlan stole my Sprite Zero and were in heaven, they took turns sharing though...

what a gentleman

two straws, just like they're at the soda shop

And LOOK at this! Farkie holds a BABY! John hosted Matt at the game and he came over early to hang out for a while and meet Rowdy - lots of love to Farkie!

it's the most natural thing in the world

OK, that's all I have for now. I need to get some sleep before baby boy wakes up for nourishment! We had so much fun this week with Matt being home, tomorrow he heads back to work and I enter life at home with two kids. Pray for me!

*notice the pink basket think rowdy is in, this was lottie sue's and instead of buying a new one we are plopping him in the pink one. he's secure in his masculinity, he can handle it.
