the story breaks
Matt just called me from DC to let me know that our story is the lead on knoxnews.com, go check it out! I'm sure they will change it out at some point today so I've linked the image below to the story.

You guys are stars! What a great idea! We're all into permaculture at the moment, composting and planning to expand the garden and add in black and blue berry bushes next year. This sounds like a great experience!
oh my god...those slide shows were cracking me up. I didn't realize that cattails were so big, and would produce such small amount of product. Lesson learned, do not use cat tails in the next homemade dinner.
