it's raining birthdays & lake season 2008 commences

We'd like to say Happy Birthday to a few people: Mike (Monday), GranBunny (yesterday) and then Megan (today)! Lottie Sue's birthday is tomorrow and she goes to the doctor for her shots...oops. We're celebrating with an Elmo birthday party on Saturday, it's gonna be fun!

I had to open with this photo, it just makes me smile. I'm about to post a few photos from this past weekend. We went up to the lake for a few days and enjoyed swimming and boating around. Lake Season 2008 has begun...

And this photo of Lottie Sue CRACKS me up, I can't stop laughing. The life jacket makes her look even chubbier than normal.

We stopped for a while in a cove, the water is so nice!

We had Lottie Sue in the pool and she absolutely loves it, she is not afraid at all. We've enrolled her in swim lessons this July - I am very excited. They are going to teach her to swim on her back all by herself!

The weekend wore us out, but are looking forward to more lake fun.
